SNI認(rèn)證流程：提供產(chǎn)品資料并受理----------工廠審核------產(chǎn)品測(cè)試------成功發(fā)證
SNI認(rèn)證需要的資料：
1. SPPT-SNI Application Letter
2. Fillup the application form as follows :
a. ProductCertification Application Form
b. ProductCertification Requirement App. 2
c. SPPT-SNI APPlication form
3. TaxpayerNumber (NPWP)
4. Industry orBusiness Permit (IUI) /SIUP, appropriate with scope requested
5. Trade Brand Licenseor Brand Registration letter from Directorate general of Intellectual PropertyRight Republic Indonesia
6. MOU betweenbrand owner with other related parties for brand usage (if brand is not applicant property)
